Our Fee Schedule
Our session fees reflect the qualifications and experience of our Perth psychologists. We provide a range of evidence-based services to meet your individual needs.
Our Consultation Fees
Standard consultation fees are between $150 and $350 per session. The specific fee varies depending on the qualifications and experience of the practitioner you see.
A deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required on the day of your consultation and can be made via EFTPOS or Credit Card.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
AACE Metrix Program 2026 Fees
Information session — $99
This fee also includes your attendance of 2 trial groups
Enrolment fee — $350
Which includes:
Full AOD assessment
Psych assessment and schema report
Cognitive assessments
Liaising with Healthcare providers
Induction phase of 4 weeks - $285 per week
Which includes:
Log book, including induction
Access to 6 groups a week, of which a minimum of 3 must be attended.
Regular individual check ins
Support and education for family and support people through attending Wednesday Strengthening Support group.
Intensive phase of 16 weeks - $255 per week
Which includes:
Access to 6 groups a week, of which a minimum of 3 must be attended.
2 individual check in sessions
Support and education for family and support people through attending Wednesday Strengthening Support group.
Maintenance phase of 14 weeks - $180 per week
Which includes:
2nd cognitive assessment
Access to 6 groups a week, of which a minimum of 2 must be attended.
1 individual check in session
Support and education for family and support people through attending Wednesday Strengthening Support group.
Transition phase of 14 weeks - $135 per week
Which includes:
Cognitive assessment at completion of the 14 weeks
Access to 6 groups a week, of which a minimum of 1 must be attended.
1 individual check in session
Support and education for family and support people through attending Wednesday Family Group sessions.
In addition to the above the weekly fee also includes:
All handouts / reading materials / log books / diary / weekly check in / daily text message / Weekly random urine drug/alcohol screening.
The program accommodates up to 2 relapse analysis sessions should a person require. Additional sessions are at a cost.
Rebates & Funding Options
Several funding options are available to assist with the cost of psychology services.

To be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your sessions, you must have a current Mental Health Care Plan and a referral from your GP. Please note that services provided by Provisional Psychologists are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

Rebates for psychology services may be available through your private health insurance policy. We recommend you contact your insurer directly to confirm your level of cover. Rebates from private health funds are generally not available for services provided by Provisional Psychologists.

Consultation fees may be covered by the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA). A referral from your GP is required to access this funding.
