Ashcliffe Psychology provides Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to organisations in Perth and across Western Australia. Online support is provided to national organisations. Our clients include small to medium businesses and government agencies across sectors such as resources, transport, law enforcement, and human services.
We deliver confidential counselling services for employees via face-to-face appointments at our West Perth practice, by phone, or through secure telehealth consultations. Our practitioners also facilitate access to structured online therapy programs.

As registered health professionals, our team adheres to strict confidentiality protocols. Information is not disclosed without client consent, except where there is an imminent threat of serious harm or as required by law. We do not disclose the names of individuals using the service to their employer without consent.

The number of counselling sessions an employee is eligible for is determined by the agreement with their employer, which is typically between four and six sessions per matter.

Access for immediate family members depends on the specific service agreement with the employer. Many agreements include this provision.

Yes, we provide anonymised data reports to the organisation on the overall number of sessions utilised and the general categories of presenting issues. The frequency of these reports is based on the size of the organisation, typically every three or six months.

We do not charge management fees or retainers for our EAP services.

While our practice is based in West Perth, we can provide counselling and training services nationally via telehealth platforms upon request.
